Talento para el Futuro is dedicated to connecting, educating, and empowering the citizens of Spain, placing them at the center of political participation. They do this through: proposals to influence policy, research & data, community activities and citizen mobilization campaigns.
During my role as a research coordinator, I facilitated the interdisciplinary working sessions in a group of 13, in order to research, draft and publish a policy paper on the state of Spanish democracy and the rule of law. We had to conduct surveys, collect data, draft, and turn complex information into an executive summary for MPs in the Spanish Parliament.
For reference of my work, please find in the following document the sections "política, democracia e instituciones".
